Duke started three freshmen on Friday night in a rout against Presbyterian. Jahlil Okafor, Tyus Jones and Justise Winslow scored the first 12 points of the game.
Later in the first half, Jones and Winslow connected for a vicious two-handed slam on the baseline out of bounds play.
