Anthony Cirelli (Tampa Bay) - C - Owned in 29% of Yahoo leagues

Cirelli has generated five goals and seven assists in the last 10 games. His five-game point streak came to an end on Saturday night, but he remains a solid pickup going into a busy upcoming slate for the Lightning. Tampa Bay plays four times this coming week. Cirelli has been centering the team’s second line and he’s become a valuable depth scorer this season. He had 39 points, including 19 goals, in 82 games last year, but he’s already up to 14 markers and 39 points through 54 matches in 2019-20.

Nick Suzuki (Montreal) - C, RW - Owned in 22% of Yahoo leagues

Suzuki has accounted for two goals and six assists in the past seven games. He has become the second-line center of the Canadiens after spending some time as a winger and playing further down the depth chart for parts of the year. He has been clicking with Ilya Kovalchuk and Joel Armia at even strength, while skating on the top power-play unit with first-line players Brendan Gallagher, Tomas Tatar and Phillip Danault.

Kevin Hayes (Philadelphia) - C - Owned in 21% of Yahoo leagues

Hayes has provided five goals and nine points in the last 13 games. He has three shorthanded goals and two power-play markers during that span. Hayes has also been credited with 30 shots over that stretch. He has been centering the team’s second combination with Travis Konecny, while working on the second power-play unit. Philadelphia plays four times this coming week.

Pavel Buchnevich (New York Rangers) - Owned in 19% of Yahoo leagues

Buchnevich has heated up recently with four goals and two assists in the last six games. He has been skating alongside Mika Zibanejad and Chris Kreider, while logging time on the second power-play combination. Buchnevich is worthy of a flier at the very least with the Rangers set to play four times this coming week.

Kailer Yamamoto (Edmonton) - RW - Owned in 16% of Yahoo league

Yamamoto has appeared frequently on Waiver Wired in recent weeks and for good reason. He has only been held off the scoresheet four times in 14 games since being called up from the minors in late December. Yamamoto has seemingly earned a permanent spot on the roster with his play alongside Leon Draisaitl and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins. He has five goals, seven assists, 21 shots and 26 hits over 14 matches this year. Edmonton also has four games scheduled for this week.

Kevin Fiala (Minnesota) - LW, RW - Owned in 11% of Yahoo leagues

Fiala hasn’t gone more than two games without picking up a point since he started the season with one assist in his first eight outings. He has 12 goals and 32 points in 41 games since then and he’s become a key contributor for the Wild as a top-six forward. Fiala has three goals and two helpers during a three-game point streak, but the consistency he’s found this year should be enough to increase his ownership in more pools.

Nate Schmidt (Vegas) - D - Owned in 7% of Yahoo leagues

Schmidt has provided two goals and six assists in the past eight matches. He has registered three multi-point performances during that span, including in each of the last two games. Schmidt has recorded six goals and 26 points in 45 contests this campaign. He posted a career-high 36 points in his first year with Vegas, but he has been operating at close to a 50-point pace in 2019-20. Schmidt also ranks third on the Golden Knights with 69 blocked shots.

Kirby Dach (Chicago) - C - Owned in 4% of Yahoo leagues

Dach has one goal and five assists during a five-game point streak. He only had one goal in his previous 28 outings prior to his recent hot spree. Dach looks much more comfortable and confident now, while skating between Patrick Kane and Brandon Saad. He has also earned a spot on Chicago’s top power-play unit, which grants him exposure to Jonathan Toews and Alex DeBrincat. Dach has a bright future in the NHL and could finish this year on a high note if keeps his newly-acquired roles and keeps producing.

Robert Thomas (St. Louis) - C, RW - Owned in 4% of Yahoo leagues

Thomas has been flying under the radar for a bit. He has racked up five goals and 12 assists in the past 18 games. That includes one goal and five helpers during a six-game point streak. Thomas has matched his goal, assist and point totals from a year ago in 19 fewer games. He has been playing alongside Brayden Schenn and Jaden Schwartz at even strength, while seeing time on the second power-play unit.

Chandler Stephenson (Vegas) - C, LW, RW - Owned in 3% of Yahoo leagues

Stephenson has been a very good addition for the Golden Knights since he was acquired from Washington. He has eight goals and 17 points in 28 games, while getting top-six forward minutes. Stephenson has been a good fit between Max Pacioretty and Mark Stone, who are the team’s top-two point producers. He spent time in that spot when William Karlsson was healthy, so it stands to reason that he could keep that role once Karlsson is ready to return to the lineup. Stephenson has four goals and six assists in the past 13 games, including five points in the last five contests.
