MADRID, Spain ' Five-time major champion Seve Ballesteros has undergone more surgery, this time to drain fluid from his brain.
A hospital in Madrid says doctors implanted a valve in Ballesteross brain on Tuesday to remove fluid. La Paz hospital says he is in stable condition and remains in intensive care.
Doctors also repaired a bone defect stemming from one of the procedures the golf great has undergone since his initial operation.
The 51-year-old Ballesteros had surgery Oct. 24 to remove a malignant brain tumor.
