He had six birdies and a bogey for a 9-under 207, one stroke ahead of Swedens Alexander Noren who had a 6-under 208 at New Kuta Golf Resort.
Former champion Simon Dyson of England shot a 2-under 70 to share third place with compatriots Richard Bland, Simon Griffiths and Ross McGowen, Dannish Jelpe Huldahl and Scott Drummond of Scotland, all at 6-under 209.
My irons were good and consistent except for one hole at the 16th, Jaidee said. It was a nice finish and Im enjoying myself.
The second-round leader, Englishman Steve Webster, parred the third round and tied the fourth place with Jamie Donaldson of Wales and Jyoti Randhawa of India with a 6-under 210.
First-round leader Angelo Que fell to 1-under 213.
