Lead shrinks early for Oosthuizen

ST. ANDREWS, Scotland - For all those who viewed Louis Oosthuizen’s five-stroke lead as insurmontable and the Open Championship a foregone conclusion the first 40 minutes have proven how fickle links golf can be.

Oosthuizen’s bogey at the first combined with two birdies by Paul Casey in the first three holes have trimmed the South African’s advantage to three strokes.

Our point? Don’t blink.
