The arduous, one-week PGA Tour offseason is now over. It’s time to get back to work, beginning on the West Coast with the Fortinet Championship.

Napa kicks off the new season once again, with Silverado Resort & Spa once again hosting the Tour’s best in wine country. This time the field has a notable addition in world No. 1 Jon Rahm, who will headline the field with the Ryder Cup one week away. With most of the game’s biggest stars resting ahead of Whistling Straits and others coming off the European Tour’s flagship event, the Spaniard sticks out as a clear star in a field otherwise littered with players hoping to get off on the right foot for the Tour’s marathon wraparound season.

The betting markets, in turn, have shown Rahm some serious respect. He’s listed as a massive +375 favorite this week at PointsBet Sportsbook, which sounds similar to what he might have been in the 30-man Tour Championship but is relatively unheard of these days for a full-field event. Webb Simpson is his closest competition at +1400, while only two other players (Kevin Na and Masters champ Hideki Matsuyama) are listed at +2000 or lower.

Defending champ Stewart Cink is skipping to attend his son’s wedding, while Cameron Champ returns for the first time since his 2019 triumph. Phil Mickelson, who will serve as a Ryder Cup vice captain next week, opened at +7000.

Here’s a look at the pre-tournament odds for the season opener, where everyone will be trying to chase down the reigning U.S. Open champ:
