The weekend is finally here—no better way to spend it than placing wagers and watching sports. The weekend slate is stacked with action from every sport, but for this round of betting, we will focus on the UEFA Nations League. Our last Nations League play was a rollercoaster but dramatically cashed in extra time. For Saturday’s action, a pair of bets have my attention. Odds can be found on PointsBet Sportsbook.
Wales vs. Belgium (Saturday, 2:45 p.m. ET)
Both Teams to Score (-130)
I think Belgium will win this game. However, my favorite play from this game is Both Teams to Score. In the last match, I faded the Belgium backline, and I will do it until they figure their stuff out. They are old and disjointed. Through 11 games, Belgium have conceded in 77% of them. Most of the games they didn’t concede were either at home or against less-than-quality opponents. Saturday, they are playing in Wales against a Wales team who was able to rest a few players in their last match. Even with the absence of Romelu Lukaku, they proved they have the quality to score. They are averaging 2.3 goals scored per contest and should not have a problem finding the back of the net.
In a game against a Netherlands side where I was sure they wouldn’t score, they were able to find the back of the net. They are averaging 1.5 goals per match, and BTTS is hitting in 71% of their home matches. It has also hit in five of their last six matches.
If you like combination bets, both teams to score and Belgium to win has a great chance of hitting.

Netherlands vs. Poland (Saturday, 2:45 p.m. ET)
Both Teams to Score (-102)
Looking at the board on PointsBet, I fell in love with this price. -102 for BTTS is a gem; Netherlands are talented, but they have made it clear they are resting their top stars, and they are up a Poland side who know how to score. Led by Robert Lewandowski, Poland have scored in 11 straight, and BTTS is hitting in 88% of their away matches. Much like Belgium, it’s wise to fade Poland’s backline. Poland are conceding 1.30 goals per match, with that number jumping to 1.8 on the road.
Netherlands have the talent to score on anyone. They are only conceding 0.8 goals per match at home but will again be without the service of Virgil Van Dijk as he’s on holiday. This game should be open, giving both teams multiple goal-scoring opportunities.
