When it was reported in mid-January that Nick Patti would be leaving the Boise State football program and transferring elsewhere, it was speculated said elsewhere could very well be UCF.
Two months later, the AAC school has indeed become that elsewhere.
While UCF has not yet confirmed his addition to the roster, Patti took to Twitter over the weekend to confirm that he has enrolled at the school and is now a Knight.
Officially admitted to UCF! Good day! #ChargeOn

Patti played his high school football in Orlando, so the move to UCF makes sense on multiple levels. Coming out of Dr. Phillips High School as a three-star member of the Broncos’ 2012 recruiting class, Patti was rated as the No. 12 dual-threat quarterback in the country.
After redshirting as a true freshman, Patti appeared in six games in 2013. In mop-up duty, he completed 8-of-11 passes for 63 yards.
Patti will be forced to sit out the 2014 season to satisfy NCAA transfer rules. He will have two years of eligibility remaining beginning in 2015.
