Power rankings: Non-CFP bowl games
Nicole Auerbach and Joshua Perry discuss the top bowl games not a part of the College Football Playoff, including Miami vs. Iowa State in the Pop-Tarts Bowl and Michigan vs. Alabama in the ReliaQuest Bowl.

The college football postseason is here, and while that means the season is drawing to a close, it also means another month of football thanks to bowl games happening nearly every day for the next few weeks. Bowl season culminates with the College Football Playoff National Championship, which will crown the first champion of the new 12-team playoff on Monday, January 20.

Bowl season begins Saturday with the Cricket Celebration Bowl at 12 p.m. ET. There will be six bowl games through Thursday before a busy weekend that sees a couple bowl games – namely the StaffDNA Cure Bowl and Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl – as appetizers before the main course: the first round of the College Football Playoff.
