Josh Johnson yielded one run in seven innings and fanned eight batters Monday in a win over the Phillies.
Johnson’s ERA has been climbing, but he still hasn’t given up more than four runs in any of his 16 starts. He’s 9-5 with a 2.52 ERA, and since he was in the bullpen at the start of the year, it doesn’t seem likely that he’ll have to deal with too much fatigue down the stretch.
