Sheriff: Speed was primary factor in Tiger's crash

Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva reports that Tiger Woods was driving around 84 to 87 MPH in a 45-MPH zone during the February car crash that hospitalized him with severe right leg injuries.
