Early start for Woods

PEBBLE BEACH, Calf. – Tiger Woods teed off first Tuesday morning, per his normal championship-week procedure, with regular Isleworth playing partner Arjun Atwal and recent Stanford graduate Joseph Bramlett.

Woods went off the first tee at 7 a.m. (PT) for his second consecutive practice round. He played on Monday with two-time AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am winner Dustin Johnson.

The world No. 1 is getting in extra practice at a course he has not played under PGA Tour conditions since 2002, the last time he played in the Pro-Am. Woods is scheduled to speak with the media at noon.
