Lots of teams are interested in David Aardsma

Mariners closer David Aardsma is “already drawing a lot of interest” says Nick Cafardo of the Boston Globe. I can’t recall any reports of the Mariners actively shopping him, but given where they are in the grand scheme of things right now, they should be accepting offers for everyone not named Felix Hernandez.

Aardsma’s ERA is pretty ugly -- 5.32 -- but he has struck out 22 guys in as many innings this year while walking 8. He has 15 saves, but most contenders would probably be looking at him as a setup guy. Well, maybe not Philly, but just about everyone else.
