Mike Stanton is back in the Marlins’ lineup tonight, playing for the first time since injuring his hamstring Saturday.

Prior to the injury Stanton had played in 234 of the Marlins’ 245 games since being called up from the minors in the middle of last season, hitting .260 with 54 homers and a .869 OPS.

That includes 32 homers in 134 games this season, which ranks third in the NL behind only Albert Pujols with 34 and Dan Uggla with 33.
