The Marlins have begun the search for their next manager, with both Bo Porter and Manny Acta going for interviews in recent days, but big changes are also in store for the front office. Jeff Passan of Yahoo Sports has the story...
Sources: Significant changes expected in Marlins front office. Plan for Mike Berger to assume GM-type role. Dan Jennings' status is unclear.

Sources outside Marlins organization see changes as positive. Ever since Dan Jennings started managing, there's been significant upheaval.

Jennings made the move from the front office to the dugout after Mike Redmond was fired in May. Many assumed that he would simply move back to the general manager job after the season, but that apparently won’t be the case.
Berger was hired as vice president/assistant general manager in November of 2013 and has a history with owner Jeffrey Loria.
The Marlins entered the season with big expectations after the additions of Dee Gordon, Martin Prado, Mat Latos, Michael Morse, and Dan Haren, but they have disappointed with a 69-90 record.
