Marlins OF prospect Thomas Jones blasted two homers on Thursday for Low-A Greensboro.
Jones has played just two games in 2018, and he already has three homers for the Grasshoppers. A third-round pick in 2016, Jones best tool is his plus-plus speed, but there’s raw power potential in his 6-foot-4, 195-pound frame, and he just might be tapping into it. It’s all very raw, but the 20-year-old outfielder offers plenty of upside because of his tools.
