‘BAMA ‘BACKER BACK AT PRACTICE

After missing the first seven of Alabama’s 15 scheduled spring practices due to an “indefinite suspension”, senior Brandon Fanney returned to the practice field this afternoon.The starting linebacker was suspended on March 13 by head coach Nick Saban for violating unspecified team rules.Saban was not made available to the media following practice, the Mobile Press-Register reported, but will likely discuss the reasons behind Fanney’s return at some point tomorrow.While Fanney returned, fellow LB Prince Hall was not on the practice field yet again. Hall was suspended on the same day as Fanney for the same vague violation of team rules, but apparently hasn’t done enough to get back into Mr. Woodcock’s good graces just yet.
