Rutgers defensive tackle Michael Larrow missed more than half of last season with an ankle injury. Now, he’ll miss the first four games of this year because of a suspension.
Coach Kyle Flood announced Larrow was suspended following Friday’s practice.
“Michael Larrow has been suspended for the first four games of our season for a violation of team policy,” Flood said. “I’m not going to get into it anything beyond that. But he’s with us. He’s part of our family. After those four games we’re hoping we can get him back into the rotation and get him back playing for us.”
Larrow started the first five games last season before getting hit with the injury bug. Since then, he’s slid down the depth chart and is now considered a reserve D-lineman.
