NORTON, Mass. – Tiger Woods is creating an enormous buzz Monday at TPC Boston with his bold early charge.
He needed just 11 putts on the front side while tying the course record with a 30.
With his birdie at the 10th, Woods is 7 under for the day and within two shots of the lead. He’s gone from a tie for 30th to a tie for seventh. The leaders are just beginning to warm up on the range.
