For the second week in a row there are 39 cars on the preliminary entry list for Sprint Cup Series’ next race, this time the Kobalt 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
Brian Vickers returns to the No. 14 Chevrolet of the injured Tony Stewart after Ty Dillon drove it at Atlanta.
The previous two races at Las Vegas Motor Speedway were won by Kevin Harvick and Brad Keselowski.
