Not long ago, Joe Harris was vying for a starting spot on a Cavaliers team featuring LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love.
Then he got hurt, traded to the Magic in a cash deal and waived by Orlando.
Now, Harris will try to revive his NBA career in Brooklyn.

The Nets are desperate at shooting guard. Bojan Bogdanovic is their top player at the position, and their draft picks have big shortcomings: Caris LeVert (health) and Isaiah Whitehead (efficiency).
Harris is a good spot-up shooter, and his 6-foot-6 frame should allow him to defend at least decently. But he’ll have to shoot better than he has to justify his limited all-around game.
