STAMFORD, Conn. – August 7, 2019 – Two days ahead of the start of the new Premier League season, NBC Sports presents its newest original YouTube series, produced by the NBCUniversal Digital Lab, “CROSSROADS,” which explores pivotal moments in Premier League history and the potential wide-ranging implications of a different result or outcome.

Hosted by Aaron West, the eight-episode series confronts several “what-if” questions and delves into how these critical moments could have rewritten Premier League history had the outcome gone the other way. The first episode, premiering today on NBC Sports’ YouTube page, analyzes the hypothetical situation around what could have evolved if Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero had not scored on the final day of the 2011-12 season, which lifted his team to their first ever Premier League title.

Coming off a successful debut season last fall, Rebecca Lowe returns for “The Lowe Down,” offering her take on the top Premier League moments of the week followed by a reversal of the NBC Sports team’s TV roles, as she answers hot topic questions posed by her on-set colleagues. In addition, the “Inside the Mind” series will return with host Arlo White conducting in-depth interviews with some of the Premier League’s most prominent stars. Robbie Earle, Kyle Martino and Robbie Mustoe will return with “Tactics Session” this fall, offering comprehensive breakdowns of key goals, plays and tactics.
