The Blues are looking to clinch their fourth Premier League title since 2005 when the Eagles enter the Bridge for Sunday’s London Derby date.
The run of four-consecutive Mancunian titles likely will die this season, but will it happen on Sunday morning? It seems likely the Blues will be motivated to put it all to rest in front of the home crowd.
Will Yannick Bolasie and Palace play the spoiler? It would be the first Palace win at Chelsea since 1982.
Tottenham Hotspur vs. Manchester City — 11 a.m. ET on NBCSN and Extra Time
Spurs haven’t done much besides concede goals when it comes to matches against City in recent years. Consider:

-- Since 2010/11 season, Spurs record vs. City is 1W-1D-7L.
That doesn’t mean Spurs won’t win on Sunday. The Citizens may have stemmed their losing tide with a pair of home wins over Aston Villa and West Ham, but they haven’t looked indefatigable. We’ll see what happens come 11 at White Hart Lane.
