Reid Travis will be returning to the Stanford lineup on Wednesday night, according to a report from the San Francisco Chronicle.
Travis is a 6-foot-7 power forward that was a top 40 recruit this season. He’s been out of action since December 29th as he’s dealt with a stress fracture in his thigh.
The bruising big man was averaging 7.5 points and 6.9 boards this season, proving a physical presence along the Cardinal front line that was missing with him out of action for eight games.
The Cardinal are 6-2 since Travis went down, losing to UCLA in overtime and to Arizona at home. They’ve started out Pac-12 play 5-2 and will be visiting the Washington school this weekend, starting with the Huskies on Wednesday night.
