It looks like Red Sox backup catcher David Ross was doing most of the jawing at Escobar from the dugout and then Gomes ran in from left field. Gomes, Escobar, and Sean Rodriguez were ejected.
Boston took a 10th straight loss in Sunday’s game. The defending champs are clearly frustrated.
