Lineups for Game 5 at Dodger Stadium ...

Cardinals:
2B Matt Carpenter
RF Carlos Beltran
LF Matt Holliday
1B Matt Adams
C Yadier Molina
CF Jon Jay
3B David Freese
SS Pete Kozma
SP Joe Kelly

David Freese is in the lineup again, playing through a calf injury, and Cardinals manager Mike Matheny has gone back to Pete Kozma at shortstop after using Daniel Descalso there in Game 4.

Dodgers:
LF Carl Crawford
2B Mark Ellis
SS Hanley Ramirez
1B Adrian Gonzalez
CF Andre Ethier
RF Yasiel Puig
3B Juan Uribe
C A.J. Ellis
SP Zack Greinke

Hanley Ramirez went 0-for-3 with three strikeouts before being removed from Game 4 in the seventh inning and looked to be pretty miserable playing through a cracked rib, but he’s back in the lineup for Game 5. And so is Andre Ethier, who’s playing through a leg injury.
