The Reds and Rockies were about 15 minutes away from starting the third game of their four-game series against each other when it was announced that there would be a delay due to a water main break outside of the stadium. From the Rockies Twitter:

Tonight’s game is delayed due to a water main break outside the stadium at 20th and Blake. Restrooms are not working, limited concessions

John Fay of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports that the game will pick up at 6:40 local time, meaning that the delay will have only lasted about a half hour. Reds starter Dylan Axelrod, filling in for the injured Homer Bailey, will make his 2014 season debut against Rockies starter Jordan Lyles.
