Team Penske posted the top two speeds in Friday’s Sprint Cup practice session at Phoenix International Raceway with Joey Logano leading the way after a lap of 138.771 mph. Brad Keselowski was next at 138.750 mph.
Kurt Busch made his return after the end of his suspension. He was 17th on the speed chart.
