Wednesday night, it’s going to rain boos in Dallas as DeAndre Jordan comes to Big D for the first time since spurning the Mavericks over the summer to stay with the Los Angeles Clippers. Jordan told Dallas he would come then, during the signing moratorium, changed his mind. It’s his right, but it wasn’t handled well.
Mavericks owner Mark Cuban was no fan of how Jordan handled his business this summer. And while he keeps saying he wants to move on, he’s also a provocateur who likes to stir the pot — like saying he kept all the texts between himself and Jordan from this summer (via Ben Bolch of the Los Angeles Times).
Mark Cuban said he saved all his text messages from DeAndre Jordan and might detail them all at a later date.

Mark Cuban: "Some day I’ll let you read all the texts and we’ll get into it and we’ll talk about it, but now is not the right time."

Mark Cuban did say DeAndre Jordan's final text came at 11:56 p.m. on July 7, when Jordan said he was on a date that turned out to be Griffin

Jordan is going to hear it every time he touches the ball Wednesday night, which will likely bother Blake Griffin and Chris Paul more than Jordan. It will make for fascinating television.
Then it will be over and we can all move on from this situation... at least until Cuban decides to stir it up again and release those texts.
