It took a while on Tuesday night, maybe longer than some Knicks fans were comfortable with, but eventually the Knicks played with the kind of desperation they needed to beat the Pacers and even their series at 1-1.

Credit the Knicks for turning up the defensive pressure in the second half, but they got help.
