Will Paul George re-sign with the Thunder? There are mixed signals.

Will he be healthy when he signs somewhere? That’s also unknown.

Fred Katz of The Norman Transcript:

Obviously, it’s always concerning when a player undergoes surgery, especially knee surgery.

But don’t expect this to curtail suitors in free agency. George’s talent, his age (28), the limitations of a max contract and dearth of quality wings keep him a valuable commodity.

This could push George toward valuing long-term security, but he already said he wanted to sign somewhere for the long haul.

So, ultimately, while adding uncertainty to his future, this doesn’t change much for how George and teams pursuing him proceed this summer.
