Considering he had only played five quarters this season before tonight, he may hit 50 throws before taking a rest for the night. Petty has also rushed six times for 41 yards and a 16-yard touchdown, keying a Bears ground game that has chewed up 130 yards on 6.2 yards a pop.
Shock Linwood has rushed eight times for 51 yards and two touchdowns, Johnny Jefferson has added six carries for 30 yards and a score, and Antwan Goodley has returned to the lineup to catch his first six passes of the season for 114 yards.

As for Richardson’s interception, it came on a play where he decided to shovel the ball with his left hand (he’s right handed) while in the grasp of a Baylor defender. Karma demanded that this pass end an interception.
Overall, Baylor has outgained the Cyclones 380-124.
