Earlier this week, beloved TNT reporter Craig Sager revealed in an interview with HBO that his leukemia, which he’s been fighting since spring 2014 and beaten twice, is no longer in remission. Sager is optimistic that he’ll win the battle for a third time, but it’s still scary news given his history.
Fortunately, it’s not going to stop him from working:
Craig Sager will be working games on Tuesday (Wizards-Warriors) and Thursday (Bulls-Rockets) for TNT next week.

It’s great to see Sager still doing games on TNT, and hopefully this is a sign that his latest battle is winnable. TNT’s NBA broadcasts are not the same without him.
