The Toronto Maple Leafs have started 2015 with a case of the injury bug.
And it’s hitting hard with forwards Joffrey Lupul (placed on injured reserve with a lower-body injury), Nazem Kadri and Peter Holland (upper-body) all out of the lineup.
The Leafs, in a battle for an Eastern Conference Wild Card spot, lost to the Minnesota Wild by a score of 3-1 on Friday. There was an update on the time frame for these injuries the Leafs are facing.
Lupul out 4 weeks. Kadri 7-10 days. Holland week to week.
