NBCSN will provide the most Winter Olympic coverage ever on a cable network this February.
NBCSN will air at least one gold medal final live on each of its 16 days of coverage from Sochi. Most days, live coverage will begin at 3 a.m. Eastern and run 12 hours. Sochi is nine hours ahead of Eastern time.
It will air every figure skating event after the Opening Ceremony live, including every performance and every skater of the pairs, men’s, ice dancing and women’s competitions.
It was previously announced that NBCOlympics.com will live stream all competition from Sochi in addition to TV coverage on NBC, NBCSN, USA, CNBC and MSNBC.
NBCSN will also air live coverage of one of the most anticipated group-play hockey games in Olympic history -- the U.S. against Russia on Saturday, Feb. 15, at 7:30 a.m. ET. In total, NBCSN will air 16 live hockey games through the men’s bronze-medal game, including the quarterfinals and semifinals.
The network will air live coverage of at least nine more sports, including speed skating, bobsled, ski jumping and Nordic combined.
