Athletic Bilbao 1-2 Real Madrid
A double from Karim Benzema led his side to a 2-1 over Athletic Bilbao, as Real Madrid now sit atop the La Liga table. Benzema took advantage of an errant back-pass to give Real the lead, and then put them ahead minutes after Bilbao had drawn level. The French striker now has five goals through five matches in league play.
Celta Vigo 4-1 Barcelona -- MORE
Barcelona was handed its biggest loss in seven years as Messi & Co. fell to Celta Vigo 4-1. Celta has been one of the most impressive sides this season, controlling spells of possession and jumping out to a three-goal lead over Barca, two things that are almost impossible to imagine. Celta is yet to lose in La Liga, and sits tied on points with Real Madrid at the top of the table.

Las Palmas 2-0 Sevilla
After winning the Europa League last season, Sevilla remains winless in league play after falling to newly promoted Las Palmas. Sevilla is sorely missing top striker Carlos Bacca, who moved to AC Milan over the summer, as Unai Emery’s side has scored just two goals in five matches and sits in last place in La Liga.

Inter Milan 1-0 Verona
A second half goal from Felipe Melo was enough to keep Inter Milan perfect, as Roberto Mancini’s men have won five of five to open the Serie A season. It was another clean sheet for Samir Handanovic, as Inter has only conceded one goal so far.
Juventus 1-1 Frosinone
Newly promoted Frosinone earned the first Serie A point in club history after earning a last-minute draw against defending champions Juventus. Simone Zaza had put Juve ahead, but a stoppage-time header from Leonardo Blanchard drew the visitors level. After winning four straight Serie A titles, Juventus has just one win through five matches this season.

Sampdoria 2-1 Roma
After a draw against Sassuolo this weekend, Roma dropped points again today, falling to Sampdoria 2-1. After falling behind 1-0, Mohamed Salah drew Roma level, but a skewed clearance led to an own-goal from Kostas Manolas, giving Sampdoria the win.
Udinese 2-3 AC Milan
Mario Balotelli helped AC Milan earn a win, curling a beautiful free kick over the wall and into the top corner for his new club. AC Milan would head into the break up 3-0, and held on through a second half surge from Udinese, who have now lost four straight.
