On Wednesday German club St. Pauli unveiled a new signing, Marvin Ducksch fom Borussia Dortmund, but manager Ewald Lienen wasn’t available to meet the new player for a photo shoot at the stadium.
“No worries,” said someone at St. Pauli, “I have an idea.”
That idea was to make a mask of Lienen’s face and put it on another man and nobody would notice the difference.
Here was the outcome. Yeah, not fooling anybody...

To be fair, St. Pauli had a good laugh about the situation and also sent out the following message as a follow-up after it became pretty clear Lienen wasn’t at the unveiling.
