Olympic 800m champion Caster Semenya won South Africa’s Sportswoman of the Year on Sunday night and smiled in delivering this message in her awards speech:

“They say she talks like a man, she walks like a man, she runs like a man,” Semenya said, before finishing off the series with an Afrikaans word that loosely translates to “Get lost.”

More of the speech can be seen here.

The line made headlines throughout South African media.

Semenya has been under scrunity since her 2009 World 800m title due to a gender-testing controversy.
