STAMFORD, Conn. – March 1, 2023 – Seven-time Olympic champion and multiple world record holder Katie Ledecky, four-time Olympic gold medalist Ryan Murphy, five-time Olympic medalist Lilly King, and two-time Olympic champion Bobby Finke headline NBC Sports’ live coverage of the second stop of the TYR Pro Swim Series this week streaming exclusively on Peacock. The event takes place at the Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Center at the International Swimming Hall of Fame in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Live coverage begins tomorrow, Thursday, March 2, at 6 p.m. ET on Peacock, and continues Friday, March 3, at 6 p.m. ET on Peacock. An encore of Day 1 action will be presented on Saturday, March 4, at 2:30 p.m. ET on CNBC with an encore presentation of Day 2 on Sunday, March 5, at 1:30 p.m. ET on CNBC.

Ledecky, who won three races at the first TYR Pro Swim Series event in Knoxville, Tenn., in January, is expected to contest multiple events as she begins to prepare for the World Championships in Fukuoka, Japan, in July. She owns the world record in the 800m and 1500m freestyles. Murphy, who won the 200m backstroke at the 2022 World Championships, is expected to compete in the 100m freestyle, 100m butterfly, 100m backstroke, and 200m backstroke. He won the latter two events at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

King, who owns the world record in the 100m breaststroke, is expected to contest all three breaststroke events. Finke is expected to compete in the men’s 800m freestyle and 1500m freestyle, both events which he won at the Tokyo Olympics. Five-time Olympic medalist Simone Manuel and 2022 200m backstroke world bronze medalist Shaine Casas are also expected to compete this week.

This week’s competition is the second of four stops in the 2023 TYR Pro Swim Series, which continues in Westmont, Ill., and Mission Viejo, Calif.
