The Galaxy made two finals, winning one, in the Champions Cup era, and have a semifinal on their resume from the CCL. On the other end, Santos has 26-year-old American back Jorge Villafana, most recently of the Portland Timbers. Santos hosted and drew Pumas 1-1 this weekend.
