Baron Davis last played in the NBA in 2012, when – at age 33 – he tore his ACL and MCL while with the Knicks.
Since, he has repeatedly discussed coming back.
Apparently, he’s returning – at least to professional basketball.

Baron Davis has signed with the NBA D-League, per a league source #NBADL

Davis, 36, is still a long way from the NBA. But at least he made it this far. Frankly, I’m impressed he overcame such a serious injury at his age to play professionally again. Even if he makes it no further, he should be proud of reaching this point.
And at least a D-League team – to be determined by the waiver wire – will get a former NBA star to market.
