If you want to promote your guy for something, create a Web site with all kinds of cool video. Want Shannon Brown in the dunk contest? Done. Want Tyreke Evans to be rookie of the year? Working on it.
He’s been the best rookie and shouldn’t need this kind of marketing. But you know voters. Some are going to vote for a nice player in Brandon Jennings because he got drafted into a better situation and therefore his team is winning. Despite Jennings at times, but wining. Stephen Curry has some mad game so he’ll snag a few votes.
But Kobe hit the nail on the head: “Steph’s a phenomenal player, but Tyreke -- that’s a grown-ass man.”
