Honda Indy Toronto qualifying videos (VIDEO)

TORONTO - Here are videos from NBCSN’s live coverage of qualifying for the Verizon IndyCar Series’ Honda Indy Toronto, which airs LIVE at 2:30 p.m. ET on CNBC on Sunday.

Scott Dixon snatched the pole on his final lap in the No. 9 Target Chip Ganassi Racing Chevrolet ahead of Helio Castroneves in the No. 3 Pennzoil Team Penske Chevrolet.

“It started with the first few laps, I was all down and out,” Dixon told NBCSN’s Kevin Lee. “My God, it didn’t look so good. I couldn’t get my splits to go negative. The last lap, I just said keep going, keep going, and just gave it our all and the car just kept getting better. ... It’s great to be back on the pole. We haven’t had one this season. Hell of a job by the team.”

Castroneves missed the pole by fractions of a second, and the Brazilian driver shared his thoughts on the qualifying and his hopes for Sunday.

Points leader Simon Pagenaud, in the No. 22 PPG Automotive Refinish Team Penske Chevrolet, talked about the tire preparations for his qualifying run at the Honda Indy Toronto and the terrorist attacks in his native country, France.

Will Power, the No. 12 Verizon Team Penske Chevrolet, will start in fourth position at the Honda Indy Toronto. He discusses the difficulty level of the Toronto racetrack and his own performance at qualifying.

Sebastien Bourdais, in the No. 11 Team Hydroxycut KVSH Racing Chevrolet, is extremely successful racing in Toronto and has the best record of anyone in the field at the Honda Indy Toronto.

James Hinchcliffe, who starts sixth in the No. 5 Arrow Schmidt Peterson Motorsports Honda, talks about his qualifying run at the Honda Indy Toronto and competing in his home town.
