Eagles waived undrafted free agent WR Khalil Tate.
Tate is the first of many fringe NFL talents that likely will not even get an opportunity to prove their ability this offseason due to teams dropping their roster capacity from 90 down to 75 or 80 players. Tate is attempting to convert from quarterback to receiver, an even bigger hill to climb without the normal allotted four preseason games.
