The World Short Course Swimming Championships air live on Peacock from Tuesday through Sunday at 11:30 a.m. ET each day.
Short course worlds, held in Budapest this year, use 25-meter pools rather than the 50-meter pools at the Olympics and other major international meets.
The U.S. roster for short course worlds includes Olympic gold medalists Kate Douglass, Regan Smith, Gretchen Walsh and Lilly King.
Internationally, headliners include Paris Olympic gold medalists Summer McIntosh of Canada, Hubert Kos of Hungary and Lukas Märtens of Germany.
McIntosh and Smith could go head-to-head in the 200m butterfly (Thursday), where they went one-two in Paris, and in the 200m backstroke (Sunday).
McIntosh is also entered in the 400m individual medley (Saturday) along with American Katie Grimes. They went one-two in that event in Paris.
