Top swimmers entered include Olympic gold medalist Cameron McEvoy of Australia, world champions Marrit Steenbergen of the Netherlands and Qin Haiyang of China and world record holder Evgeniia Chikunova of Russia, plus Americans Carson Foster and Shaine Casas.
Competition will be in short-course meters pools — which are 25 meters contrasted to 50-meter pools used at the Olympics.
