Puerto Rican forward Angelo Reyes has been invited to take part in the Milwaukee Bucks training camp.
Reyes was the second best rebounder at the FIBA Americas Championship, averaging 9.5 rebounds in Las Vegas behind Uruguay center Esteban Batista (12.4). Reyes also averaged 19.9 points and 11.9 rebounds per game for Gigantes in this season’s domestic BSN league. “This is something I’ve been looking forward to for a long time,” he said. “My agent told me there are two spots available in the team. If I work hard, I would be able to clinch one of them. I know it will be difficult, but I know I can achieve it.”
