Buffalo senior guard CJ Massinburg has accepted an invitation to play in the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament.
Massinburg, the reigning MAC Player of the Year, is one of the leaders on a Buffalo squad that will be making its second straight NCAA tournament appearance this week. The senior guard is averaging 18.3 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.2 steals per game with shooting splits of 46.6/39.6/79.1. Massinburg isn’t listed in most early mock drafts, but that could very well change with a productive run through the NCAA tournament.
