Michael Anderson, Jr., the son of Arkansas head coach Mike Anderson, was booked by Fayetteville police at 8 a.m. Sunday on DWI charges, the Associated Press is reporting.

Anderson, Jr., is a video coordinator with the Razorbacks and has run into trouble with the law in the past. Sunday’s incident was his third alcohol-related arrest and his second while a member of the Razorbacks’ staff.

His last arrest came in January when, according to reports, he registered a blood-alcohol of 0.10, which is 0.02 above the legal driving limit of 0.08.

Anderson, Jr., was released later Sunday on $2,000 bond and suspended from the team indefinitely.

During his collegiate career, Anderson played at UAB before transferring to play for his father while Anderson, Sr., was at Missouri. As a reserve guard, the younger Anderson averaged under five minutes per game with the Tigers.

Arkansas is off to a 3-3 start this season after winning its first three games of 2012-13. The Razorbacks return to the floor Tuesday night against Oklahoma.
