Bo Nix completed 31-of-38 passes for 212 yards in the Broncos’ 24-17, Week 14 win over the Raiders, rushing three times for 15 yards and one touchdown.
Nix distributed the ball very effectively against the Raiders, connecting with 11 different pass catchers on Sunday. He nearly held himself to a touchdown-less performance, as he opted not to scramble up a wide-open lane from 2nd-and-goal on the Broncos’ first drive. But he corrected the mistake two plays later, navigating his way through a trio of blockers engaged with Raiders’ defensive linemen en route to the end zone from eight yards out. Nix can be treated as a volatile, low-end QB1 against the Packers in Week 15.

Bo Nix completed 29-of-45 passes for 321 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in the Broncos’ 27-26, overtime win over the Commanders, adding 16 yards on two carries.
It was the classic up-and-down game for Nix, who made some spectacular throws that were overshadowed by remarkably poor decisions. A seemingly mundane 13-7 game at the half quickly shifted gears as each team found paint on their first possessions of the second half, made more interesting by a fourth-quarter Nix interception thrown directly into the lap of veteran linebacker Bobby Wagner. Nix would handle business in the extra frame, taking just five plays to march 76 yards for the go-ahead touchdown, but he watched from the sideline as the Commanders scored to answer. Nik Bonitto sealed the game with a deflected pass on the two-point try to send the team to their ninth-straight win and into a tie with the Patriots for the best record in the league through 13 weeks. Nix and the Broncos get a solid matchup against the reeling Raiders in Week 14 before a true test against the Packers at home a week later.

Bo Nix completed 24-of-37 passes for 295 yards in the Broncos’ 22-16, Week 11 win over the Chiefs.
Nix created some absolutely huge first-down throws in this game on poor down-and-distances, hitting Troy Franklin on a third quarter third-and-8 to set up Denver’s first touchdown, Courtland Sutton on third-and-15 right before the two-minute warning, and Franklin again downfield later in that drive to set up the game-winning field goal. He was also poor under pressure, generating an absolutely stupefying intentional grounding penalty late in this game, and the Broncos could get almost nothing going in the red zone. He’s one of the few quarterbacks in the league that seem to have no ceiling or floor for how any given throw attempt could go. Nix heads on bye as a mid-to-low range QB1, returning with a juicy matchup against the Commanders in Week 13.

Bo Nix completed 16-of-28 passes for 150 yards with a touchdown in the Broncos’ 10-7, Week 10 win over the Raiders.
He ‘added’ negative two yards on the ground on five attempts. Well, someone had to win. Nix was not effective, and while one of his interceptions was a ball that bounced off the hands of Troy Franklin, the other — also intended for Franklin — was a horrific throw into double coverage. He was able to find Franklin for a score to somewhat salvage the fantasy effort, but no, not really. Still, the Broncos are now 8-2, and Nix is in QB1 consideration for a Week 11 game against the Chiefs.

Bo Nix completed 18-of-37 passes for 173 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception in the Broncos’ 18-15, Week 9 win over the Texans.
He added 36 yards on the ground, including a 25-yard scramble that effectively iced the game. Nix had only 97 passing yards through the third quarter, and was wildly inconsistent, nearly getting picked two more times while missing open downfield receivers several times. It largely feels like Nix will determine if your defense is good or not — Dallas is not, Houston is — but luckily for Nix, Davis Mills was dueling Denver’s defense to a standstill on the other side of the ball. A Thursday night matchup with the Raiders — who have mostly been bad — should keep Nix on the QB1 line in Week 10.

Bo Nix completed 19-of-29 passes for 247 yards, four touchdowns, and an interception in the Broncos’ 44-24, Week 8 win over the Cowboys.
A fifth would-be touchdown clanked off Courtland Sutton’s chest at the goal line. It is, simply, what you have come to expect by any halfway-decent outfit against the Cowboys defense. Nix didn’t take a sack, was pressured just six times, and was benched for the final series with the Broncos up 20 and less than four minutes to play. Nix had an average target distance of 12 yards. It was a beat down. Week 9 against the Texans offers two defense-first teams and Nix is probably closer to a fringe QB1 in that one.

Bo Nix completed 27-of-50 attempts for 279 yards and two touchdowns in the Broncos’ Week 7 win against the Giants, adding four rushes for 44 yards and two touchdowns.
Nix led a remarkable comeback after the Broncos found themselves down 18 points midway through the fourth quarter against the underdog Giants. Nix and the Denver offense were lifeless through three and a half quarters, but Undertaker Meme’d in the fourth quarter to incredible fantasy results. Nix’s check downs turned into intermediate and deep throws as the Broncos climbed back from a deficit. Nix hit two late passes down the middle to set up the game-winning field goal by Wil Lutz. He showed off his rushing ability throughout, gaining almost 10 yards per rush and finding pay dirt twice on the ground. Nix will get a plus matchup in Week 8 against a soft Dallas defense that has bled fantasy production to opposing QBs.

Bo Nix completed 19-of-30 passes for 174 yards and a touchdown in the Broncos’ 13-11, Week 6 win over the Jets.
Denver put up 10 points in the first quarter and promptly took the next three quarters off. Nix threw for 135 yards and a touchdown in the first half. He managed just 39 yards in the second half. Denver went three-and-out on four of their six second-half drives, excluding a pair of kneel-downs to end the game. They also took a safety on a holding penalty in the end zone in the third quarter. The Broncos are now 4-2, but Nix has thrown for more than 206 yards just twice and has two multi-score games. Even if they continue to grind out ugly wins, Nix has played himself out of the QB1 ranks heading into his Week 7 matchup with the Giants.

Bo Nix completed 24-of-39 passes for 242 yards and a touchdown in the Broncos’ 21-17, Week 5 win over the Eagles, adding three carries for 22 yards.
This one was a classic tale of two halves, as Nix had just 79 yards on 21 attempts as the Broncos trailed 10-3 at halftime. The Eagles then made it 17-3 1:37 into the second half. The Broncos punted their first two drives of the third quarter but managed to hold serve defensively. Finally, Nix and company got humming in the final frame, with Nix’s score an 11-yarder where Evan Engram dove for the plane. Nix wasn’t hitting a ton of big-time throws, but he was making layups and was the beneficiary of a few generous calls. As feared, Nix immediately reverted to a quiet box score after last Sunday’s Bengals spiked week, but this was a tough road spot even if the Eagles’ defense has fallen off a bit from its 2024 levels. Nix now has a more forgiving Week 6 London date as the Broncos take on the Jets across the pond.

Bo Nix completed 29-of-42 passes for 326 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in the Broncos’ 28-3, Week 4 win over the Bengals, adding six rushes for seven yards and one touchdown.
The Broncos’ pass catchers hurt Nix with a few costly drops, but his interception was largely on him. The play occurred inside the Bengals’ five-yard line. Nix rolled out to the right and fired a pass to the right side of the end zone, straight into LB Demetrius Knight’s hands. It is unclear whether Nix intended to hit RB RJ Harvey or WR Troy Franklin running behind him, but it was an errant pass nonetheless. Aside from that error, Nix looked sharp throwing on the move. He is a low-end QB1 against the Eagles next week.
